Spin the Wheel
Can't decide? Write it down and spin.
The winner is picked at random the moment you press spin. The wheel just slows down to land on it. Why it’s fair

Can't agree on lunch? Put pizza, tacos, sushi and burgers on the wheel and let it decide. Teachers use it as a random name picker for cold-calling and classroom jobs, group chats and streamers use it for giveaways and prize draws, and friends use it for dares on game night. Add anywhere from 2 to 16 options, or start from a preset: lunch, dares, names, yes or no, and numbers 1 to 10. On a phone the wheel fills the screen, so everyone can watch it spin.
Yes. The moment you press spin, the winner is drawn with your browser's cryptographic random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues). Only then does the wheel animate, easing down so it stops inside that slice. When you tap and how fast it looks have no effect on the outcome. Every option starts with equal odds; turn on weighted odds and an option with weight 2 comes up exactly twice as often as one with weight 1, and gets a slice twice as wide.
Picking people one at a time? Use "Remove this & spin again" in the result window to take the winner off the wheel and keep going — handy for presentation order or splitting teams. Share makes a link with your options, weights and colors built in, so anyone who opens it gets the identical wheel. Tick sounds can be turned on with the speaker button, and your last wheel stays saved in this browser for next time.
No. The winner is drawn with cryptographic randomness the instant you press spin, and the wheel simply stops on it. Tap timing and the animation have no influence on the result.
Each option's chance is its weight (1–5) divided by the total of all weights. With weights 2, 1 and 1, the first option wins 50% of the time and the others 25% each, and the slices are drawn in the same proportions.
From 2 up to 16. Each option can be up to 24 characters; long names are shrunk or trimmed with an ellipsis when a slice is narrow.
Yes. Share creates a link with your options, weights and color theme encoded in the address. Nothing is stored on a server, and whoever opens the link can spin the same wheel right away.
It is completely free and runs in any phone, tablet or desktop browser. No download and no sign-up.
